ONCAP, part of ONEX Corporation, has reached an agreement to sell its stake in Englobe Corporation, a top Canadian engineering and environmental services company, to professional services firm Colliers. Englobe, known for its expertise in civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering, will separate its material management and beneficial reuse operations before the sale. These operations are poised for a separate sale to an undisclosed strategic buyer.
