Onex Corporation has announced its acquisition of Farsound, a global provider of supply chain solutions for aerospace engine maintenance, in partnership with Farsound’s management. This strategic move aims to boost Farsound’s growth within the aerospace industry, leveraging Onex’s extensive experience and networks in aviation and aerospace. The deal, terms of which were not disclosed, is set to close later this year following regulatory approvals.
