Onewo Inc. has announced a proposed interim dividend of RMB 0.562 per share for the first half of the financial year ending December 31, 2024, with shareholder approval slated for September 27, 2024. The ex-dividend date is set for October 2, 2024, with the dividend payment to be made on October 23, 2024. Non-resident individual and enterprise shareholders will be subject to a 10% withholding tax on the dividend amount.
