Onewo Inc. has announced changes to its registered capital and amendments to its Articles of Association, following the issuance of 2,768,729 new scrip shares and the cancellation of 5,582,100 repurchased H Shares. The company has successfully updated its registration with the Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation, resulting in a new registered capital of RMB1,175,655,329.
