Oneview Healthcare has opened a Security Purchase Plan for eligible holders of its CHESS Depositary Interests following a A$19 million two-tranche placement to institutional and sophisticated investors. The offer allows eligible investors in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland to acquire up to A$30,000 of new CDIs at A$0.19 each, matching the placement price and without brokerage or other transaction costs.
The company is targeting up to approximately A$2 million from the Security Purchase Plan, which is not underwritten and may be increased or scaled back at Oneview’s discretion. New CDIs issued under the plan will rank equally with existing securities, and the timetable envisages applications closing on 10 April 2026, with issuance and ASX quotation of the new CDIs expected in mid to late April, underscoring Oneview’s ongoing capital-raising to support its healthcare technology operations.
