OneForce Holdings Limited has announced the postponement of their Annual General Meeting (AGM) to September 23, 2024, due to administrative reasons, resulting in a corresponding shift in the book closure period for share transfer registration. Shareholders must register any share transfers by September 17, 2024, to vote at the rescheduled AGM. The proxy form issued previously remains valid for the new AGM date.
