She is succeeded by Ms. Lai Ho Yan, who brings over 7 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field and holds multiple academic degrees and professional qualifications. The Board has expressed its appreciation for Ms. Hui’s contributions and welcomed Ms. Lai to her new role.
