OneConnect Financial Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the sale of its virtual bank business to Lufax Holding Ltd for HK$933 million in cash. The transaction, which involved the transfer of entire issued share capital of Jin Yi Tong Limited and consequently the cessation of PAOB as a OneConnect subsidiary, was finalized on April 2, 2024, following the fulfillment of all required conditions.
