OneConnect Financial Technology Co., Ltd. has announced that its depositary facility for American depositary shares will be temporarily closed due to a custodian migration at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., affecting ADS issuance and cancellation between July 29 and August 9, 2024. This closure, however, will not impact the trading of the company’s securities on the New York and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges. The company will report these changes to the SEC and has informed shareholders through a formal announcement.
