OneApex Limited announced changes to its Board of Directors, with Mr. Tan Pei Hong, Alex stepping down as Executive Chairman but continuing as an Executive Director and CEO, effective from April 16, 2024. Mr. Low Chin Parn Eric, formerly the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as the new Independent Non-Executive Chairman. These changes are in line with the company’s commitment to good corporate governance and adherence to the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance 2018.
