One World Lithium Slashes Private Placement Price

One World Lithium (TSE:OWLI) has released an update.

One World Lithium Inc. has adjusted the price of its non-brokered private placement from $0.05 to $0.03 per unit, aiming to raise up to $500,000, with $212,840 already secured. Investors are offered common shares and warrants, the latter allowing the purchase of additional shares at $0.06 for three years. The company specializes in lithium brine properties and is looking to license its Direct Lithium Extraction Technology.
