Oncopeptides AB has completed a partially guaranteed rights issue of approximately SEK 200 million, with about 60 percent of the offered ordinary shares subscribed through rights and an additional 2 percent subscribed without rights. The remaining roughly 33 percent of the issue will be taken up by guarantors, providing the company with about SEK 190 million before transaction costs and increasing total shares from 272,706,357 to 395,287,003.
The company expects trading in the new shares on Nasdaq Stockholm to begin around 27 March 2026, following the last day of trading in paid subscribed shares on 23 March 2026. In conjunction with the capital raise, Oncopeptides and its board and senior management have agreed to 180-day lock-up undertakings on new share issuances and share sales, a move aimed at stabilizing the shareholder base and signaling commitment to investors.
