Omni Bridgeway Suspends Trading Amid Auditor Appointment Issue

Omni Bridgeway Ltd (AU:OBL) has released an update.

Omni Bridgeway Limited has requested a voluntary suspension of its shares on the ASX, pending a court hearing concerning its failure to appoint an auditor during the 2021 annual general meeting. The company’s securities will be suspended until an announcement is made following the resolution of the matter, which is scheduled to be addressed in the Supreme Court of Western Australia. The trading pause is expected to be lifted by 18 April 2024, assuming no further issues arise.
