Omni Bridgeway Limited has announced the application for quotation of additional securities on July 12, 2024, comprising 38,566 ordinary fully paid shares, following the fulfillment of performance conditions for a set period ending June 30, 2024. These shares, which are subject to a 12-month trading restriction, are associated with performance rights granted to Mr Guillaume Ledger in July 2022.
