Omega Pacific Resources Inc. successfully completed a Non-Brokered Private Placement, raising $3.09 million through the issuance of over 6 million common shares at $0.50 each. The funds are earmarked for exploration of its Lekcin and Williams properties, as well as for general corporate purposes. The placement, which involved several financial advisors and the payment of finder’s fees, is subject to a statutory hold period, expiring in August 2024.
