Omega Pacific Resources Inc. has struck a deal with Copaur Minerals Inc. to potentially acquire a 100% stake in the promising Williams Copper-Gold Project in British Columbia. The agreement includes a multi-stage investment and share issuance plan over three years, with options to form a joint venture if Omega does not fully exercise its acquisition rights. The Williams property, located in a region known for significant mineralization, has shown positive preliminary exploration results.
