Omega Pacific Resources Inc. has completed the initial payment and share issuance to Copaur Minerals Inc., advancing their acquisition of up to 100% interest in the Williams Copper-Gold Project in British Columbia’s mineral-rich Golden Horseshoe. The company has met the first of its obligations under the option agreement by paying $1 million and issuing 3 million shares. It is also gearing up for an exploration program later this year to further develop the project.
