Stephen M. Shea has been unanimously elected by Omega Flex, Inc.’s Board of Directors as a Class 2 Director, with his term set to expire at the 2025 shareholder meeting. Bringing over 30 years of HVAC industry experience, Shea, who is currently the CFO and Executive VP of Mestek, Inc., will also join the Audit Committee. His extensive background includes a tenure as Mestek’s principal financial officer and a history as a CPA, underscoring his expertise as he steps into this new role.
