Omai Gold Mines Corp. has successfully closed a $13 million brokered private placement, issuing over 108 million common shares at $0.12 each to fund exploration, development, and general corporate purposes. The placement was facilitated by Paradigm Capital Inc. among others, with a portion of proceeds going towards agent commissions and broker warrants. The newly acquired funds are poised to advance the company’s interests, including the historically productive Omai Gold Mine in Guyana.
