Oliver’s Real Food Stakeholders Increase Shares

Oliver’s Real Food Ltd. (AU:OLI) has released an update.

In a recent change of interests notification, Oliver’s Real Food Ltd. has disclosed that substantial holders Mr. Michael John and Suzanne Jane Gregg have increased their voting power in the company from 20.40% to 21.54%. This change occurred through the acquisition of an additional 5 million ordinary shares at a consideration of $70,000. The Greggs now hold a total of 92,427,516 ordinary shares in the healthy food retailer.
