Olin (OLN) has shared an announcement.
Olin Corporation has mutually agreed with Mr. Patrick Schumacher, Vice President and President, Chlor Alkali Products and Vinyls, that he will depart from the company on September 1, 2024. Schumacher will relinquish his current roles either when his successor begins or by August 31, whichever comes first, and will serve in an advisory role to ensure a smooth transition if a successor is appointed early.
