Old Republic International Appoints New Board Member

The latest announcement is out from Old Republic International Corp. (ORI).

Old Republic International Corporation has expanded its Board of Directors, adding a new seat and appointing Therace M. Risch as a Class 2 director, effective immediately. Risch brings a wealth of experience, including executive roles at American Electric Power and J.C. Penney, and a decade in the insurance industry. Her independent status is confirmed by the Board, in line with NYSE and SEC standards, and she will be up for election at the 2025 annual meeting. Risch will receive standard director fees and has no special compensation arrangements or any conflicting relationships with the Corporation.
