Old National Bancorp has announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per common stock share, payable on March 15, 2024, to shareholders on record by March 5, 2024. Additionally, dividends for its 7.0% Preferred Stock, Series A and C, will be paid at $17.50 per share on May 20, 2024. Moreover, the company’s Board of Directors has approved a stock repurchase program authorizing up to $200 million in common stock buybacks, effective until February 28, 2025, signaling a proactive approach to shareholder value.
