Old Chang Kee Ltd. has announced a reorganization of its Board of Directors and committees, with Ms. Audrey Yap Su Ming transitioning from an Independent Director to a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director after serving more than nine years. The changes, pending the re-election of Ms. Yap and Ms. Chow Hui Shien, will see Ms. Yap step down as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and Mr. Hawazi Bin Daipi assuming the position. These adjustments are set to take effect immediately following the company’s upcoming annual general meeting.
