Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA and Coop Norge Eiendom AS are restructuring their joint ownership of Amco Eiendom AS, with OLT acquiring full ownership of Amfi Sogningen and Amfi Eidsvoll shopping centers, and CNE taking over Amfi Årnes and other shares. The transaction, valued at MNOK 830 for OLT’s acquisitions and MNOK 430 for CNE’s, aligns with the companies’ book values and is set to close on December 30, 2024.
