Okura Holdings Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) set for November 22, 2024, where shareholders will vote on key matters including the re-election of directors and the approval of financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024. The agenda also includes the authorization of the board to fix directors’ remuneration and the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company’s auditor. Additionally, a resolution will be considered to empower directors to issue shares up to 20% of the company’s issued shares.
