Okura Holdings Limited has announced a delay in dispatching its circular, originally planned for on or before 20 August 2024, due to the need for additional time to prepare and finalize financial and other group information. The company has received a waiver from the Stock Exchange allowing the circular, which pertains to the Second 1st Series Bond Amendment Agreement, to be sent to shareholders by 30 September 2024.
