OKP Holdings Limited has announced the reconstitution of its board committees following recent changes in personnel. Dr Ting Seng Kiong, the newly appointed Independent Director, will take over as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and serve as a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees after Mr Tan Boen Eng’s cessation. The Board has affirmed Dr Ting’s independence in accordance with the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
