Oisix ra daichi Inc. has completed a significant repurchase of its own shares, acquiring 473,700 shares for a total of 588,629,500 yen within the month of August 2024. This repurchase is part of a larger program authorized by the Board of Directors in May 2024, which allows for the buyback of up to 1,825,000 shares, representing 5% of the company’s issued stock, by the end of October 2024.
