OIO Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Goh Li-Lin as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 10 June 2024. Alongside her directorship, Ms. Goh will serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of both the Nominating and Remuneration Committees. This change is part of a wider reconstitution of the company’s Board and its Committees set for the same date.
