Ohmyhome Limited has reached a compensation settlement with a Director, agreeing to issue 217,565 ordinary shares at $0.405 each, fully settling the withheld compensation since January 2024. The shares serve as payment for S$114,548 that the Director deferred, with the agreement stipulating that this issuance fully satisfies any owed compensation. The settlement is governed by Singaporean law and represents the entire agreement between the two parties.
