OHLA Shareholders Approve Annual Accounts and Auditors

Obrascon Huarte Lain, S.A. (OHLA) has announced the approval of its annual accounts, management report, and the allocation of its 2023 losses to previous years at its recent Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting. Additionally, Ernst & Young, S.L. has been re-elected as the company’s account auditors for 2024, and the Board of Directors has been granted the authority to issue convertible securities up to €1.5 billion within the next five years.
