(OHLA) has announced the approval of its annual accounts, management report, and the allocation of its 2023 losses to previous years at its recent Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting. Additionally, Ernst & Young, S.L. has been re-elected as the company’s account auditors for 2024, and the Board of Directors has been granted the authority to issue convertible securities up to €1.5 billion within the next five years.
