Obrascón Huarte Laín, S.A. (OHLA) has announced that following its decision for a €100 million capital increase, it has received two non-binding offers from Inmobiliaria Coapa Larca S.A. de C.V. and Atitlan Grupo Empresarial, S.L., amounting to €25 million and €150 million respectively. The company is currently evaluating these offers without having reached any acceptance.
