Obrascon Huarte Lain S.A. (OHLA) has announced preliminary agreements with financial entities and certain bondholders as part of its recapitalization efforts, subject to further approvals and the signing of a lock-up agreement. These steps are in preparation for proposed Capital Increases to be presented at the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting set for late October 2024. OHLA will continue to update the market on progress in its financial restructuring.
