OHL Seeks Bond Payment Delay Amid Restructuring

Obrascon Huarte Lain (ES:OHLA) has released an update.

Obrascon Huarte Lain’s subsidiary, OHL Operaciones, has proposed to its bondholders a delay in the next coupon payment until October 18, 2024, as the company negotiates a sustainable capital structure. Additionally, they seek to extend the term of the bridging finance related to the divestment in OHL Servicios Ingesan, S.A.U. Bondholders have until 5:00 p.m. CET on October 10, 2024, to respond to the consent solicitation.
