Obrascon Huarte Lain, S.A. has announced an Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held online on October 21 and 22, 2024, to discuss a significant capital increase through the issuance of new shares and to consider the appointment of a new director, Mr. Tomás José Ruiz González. The meeting will also address the resizing of the company’s Board of Directors to ten members.
