OHL Operaciones, a subsidiary of Obrascon Huarte Lain, S.A., has extended the deadline for bondholders to consent to a waiver of certain rights regarding their senior secured bond issue due 2026. The new deadline is set for 5:00 p.m. CET on September 19, 2024, allowing additional time for bondholders to submit their electronic instructions.
