Ohio Valley Banc Corp.’s Board of Directors has prolonged their share repurchase program, initially set to expire in August 2024, until August 2025, allowing for continued buybacks of up to $5 million in common stock. To date, the company has repurchased about $3 million worth of stock, with the possibility of further buybacks until the new deadline, subject to the Board’s discretion.
