OFX Group Limited has announced that Director Robert Bazzani made an on-market purchase of 10,285 ordinary fully paid shares on September 13, 2024, for a total consideration of $21,718.83. This transaction marks a notable change in Bazzani’s interest in the company, as previously he held no shares. The change in director’s interest has been disclosed to the ASX in compliance with listing rules and the Corporations Act.
