On October 3, 2025, Odyssey Health, Inc. secured a $100,000 investment through a Promissory Note Agreement with private investor Peter D’Arruda. The agreement, effective from October 1, 2025, includes an 18% annual interest rate and a warrant for D’Arruda to purchase 100,000 shares of Odyssey common stock at $0.10 per share.
