Odyssean Investment Trust PLC (GB:OIT) has released an update.
Odyssean Investment Trust PLC has expanded its portfolio by issuing 150,000 new ordinary shares at 175.00 pence each, in line with its premium management strategy. This issuance, from its blocklisting earlier in February, brings the total shares in circulation to 130,419,212, all carrying equal voting rights with no shares held in treasury. Shareholders can use this total as a reference point for disclosing changes in their stake as per regulatory requirements.
