The adjustment follows the issue of 200,000 new ordinary shares at 174 pence each, which were released under the company’s blocklisting from February 2024 and are on par with current shares. This recent issue contributes to the company’s premium management strategy and allows shareholders to assess their notification requirements under the FCA’s rules.
