Odyssean Investment Trust PLC has announced a new share offering to investors, with an option for retail participation through the Winterflood Retail Access Platform. The shares will be issued at a 1.0% premium over the current cum-income NAV, and the net proceeds will be invested in line with the company’s investment policy. Interested qualified investors in the UK can participate in the Placing, with the Issue Price set to be announced soon and the shares to rank equally with existing ones upon issuance.
