The latest announcement is out from Odfjell SE ( (GB:0J77) ).

Odfjell SE reported preliminary fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results that underscored a robust business model despite a more challenging market. Time charter revenues and earnings softened slightly in the fourth quarter, with EBIT at USD 53 million and net profit at USD 38 million, but the board maintained capital returns by approving a second-half dividend of USD 0.50 per share, bringing total 2025 payouts to USD 0.98 per share.

For 2025 overall, Odfjell delivered net results of USD 155 million while accelerating its fleet renewal and growth plan, signing contracts for four new chemical tankers on long-term charters and joining a Japanese joint venture, lifting its orderbook to 22 newbuildings. The company also advanced its sustainability agenda, achieving a record-low AER of 6.8 and launching the first operational green corridor for deep-sea shipping between Brazil and Europe, moves that strengthen its operational efficiency and environmental positioning ahead of expected slightly weaker earnings in early 2026.
