Octopus Titan VCT plc has announced their total issued share capital, which amounts to 1,690,995,246 Ordinary shares with no shares held in treasury. Shareholders can use this figure as the denominator for calculating notifications of interest changes in the company as per the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
