Octopus Titan VCT plc has announced the issuance and allotment of 513,704 Ordinary Shares at a price equivalent to the current NAV, as part of its ongoing equity management strategy. The shares, issued under specific adviser charging terms, will be admitted to the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange around 5 June 2025. This move increases the company’s total issued share capital and voting rights to 1,647,726,059, impacting shareholder calculations under FCA’s rules.
