The latest update is out from Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust Plc ( (GB:ORIT) ).

Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust reported a fall in net asset value per share to 93.8p and a negative NAV total return of 2.8% for 2025, as sector-wide valuation pressures from lower power price and green certificate assumptions offset improved generation and earnings. Despite this, the trust increased its dividend for a fourth consecutive year to 6.17p, fully covered by operational cash flows and equivalent to a 10.1% yield on the year-end share price.

Operational performance strengthened, with generation and revenue rising 5% and EBITDA up 3%, supported by a value-enhancement programme and around 88% of revenues fixed through 2027 to dampen market volatility. The company actively recycled capital through £74.3 million of asset disposals at or above book value, refinanced and extended its debt facilities at a lower 3.3% cost, and advanced its “ORIT 2030” strategy to grow scale, optimise its portfolio and support long-term shareholder value despite the ongoing share price discount.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:ORIT) stock is a Hold with a £60.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust Plc stock, see the GB:ORIT Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on ORIT Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ORIT is a Neutral.

The score is driven primarily by solid financial stability (notably zero debt) and strong cash conversion, supported by positive recent corporate actions (asset sales at carrying values and insider buying). This is moderated by uneven revenue/margin consistency, neutral technical signals, and a negative P/E that weakens earnings-based valuation despite a very high dividend yield.
