Octopus Renewables Buys Back Shares, Adjusts Voting Rights

Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust Plc (GB:ORIT) has released an update.

Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc has announced the repurchase of 50,000 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 75 pence each, which will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the company’s total number of voting rights stands at 562,605,740. This move is part of the authority granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 19 June 2024.
