Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc has reported purchasing 400,096 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 79.80 pence each on September 12, 2024. The acquired shares will be held in treasury, leaving the company with 3,412,502 treasury shares and a total of 561,515,034 voting rights. This buyback move is part of the authority granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on June 19, 2024.
