Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust Plc has repurchased 28,000 ordinary shares at 78.0 pence each, which will be held in treasury. This transaction leaves the company with a total of 5,994,147 shares in treasury and 564,927,536 shares in issue. Investors can now adjust their calculations for voting rights based on 558,933,389 shares.
